Parks Bylaw Reminder

To Community Members of BlueSky at Black Mountain,

With warmer weather and dry conditions, we would like to remind owners and guests that the Kelowna Parks and Public Spaces Bylaw prohibits the use of motorized vehicles in City Parks and trails.

Use of motorized vehicles can ignite grass and bush fires, causing significant damage and danger.

Please keep the community safe by restricting use of motorized vehicles to designated roads.

Penalties for use of a motorized vehicle except where expressly permitted include fines of up to $10,000.

For more information, please refer to the City of Kelowna website:

IF YOU WITNESS ANY VIOLATION, PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY OF KELOWNA IMMEDIATELY.

We thank you for your continued care and pride in your community. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact info@coremanagement.ca
