We would like to remind all owners that the 2023 Equitable Charge was due as of January 1, 2024. The 2023 Equitable Charge package was mailed via Canada Post to the mailing address on file. In addition, your personalized invoice has been uploaded to your online account and the budget letter has been uploaded to the ‘Equitable Charge Docs’ page on the BlueSky at Black Mountain website at www.bluesky-community.ca
As of today, payment for your property has yet to be received. If you have sent payment via cheque, we encourage you to log into your online account regularly to ensure the payment is received or contact our office at 780.651.1577.
Please note, interest will be applied to all outstanding accounts at 18% per annum as of March 1, 2024.
