This is an important notice that the 2021 Annual Equitable charge can now be paid online. 2021 fees have been set at $190.48 + GST= $200 for the fiscal year January 1st 2021 – December 31st 2021. This is the same as last year.
For your convenience, the admin fee has been waived and we encourage all our residents to pay online. This can be done by logging in to your account on https://central.ivrnet.com/bluesky your invoice will be located in your profile under payments due.
Notices were sent by mail in January 2022.
